Ever since I was a little kid, I've wanted to build my own worlds with exciting and mysterious places to go and secrets to be uncovered. For a while, I even entertained the idea of becoming a game designer. Instead, I fell in love with performance. Dungeons & Dragons let me have the best of both worlds; through roleplay and the guidelines of the game, I realized that it was a perfect way to explore my own imagination. After I began voice acting, it became clear that I had everything I needed to put together a D&D podcast with all the bells and whistles I felt deserved to be in there.

My good friend Richie Pepio is a hilarious improv comedian and performer, but he had never played a campaign from beginning to end. So I wrote a game, recorded it, edited down all the dead air and distractions, added sounds and music, and thus The Dicey Roles podcast was born.
